Pretty perfect way to start the weekend. 2005 US B Pretty perfect way to start the weekend. 2005 US Barista Champ Phuong Tran has operated the phenomenal Lava Java cafe in Ridgefield, Wash., for 20 years, and friends, it has consistently been one of the absolute highest quality cafes in the entire Pacific Northwest. You must go! Working with Phuong in these pics is the wonderful Cam who has worked at Lava Java for MANY years and is a serious coffee badass. Look for them both at SCA in Portland! Now I’ll go back to enjoying this super sweet and buttery cappuccino.  #lavajava
