George Howell lecture: correction

Obviously, George’s lecture today was a little (lot) over my head. He wanted to make sure I made the following point bout silver skin clear:

George closed the lecture by discussing the very specific idea of completely removing beans entirely covered in silver skin to replace my original line: George closed the lecture by discussing the very specific idea of completely removing and partially removing the silver skin.
