The Finals Schedule for the 2019 World Coffee Championships

Round two of the 2019 World Barista Championship is over—here’s the schedule for the final round, along with the final round of the World Brewers Cup Championship.

On Saturday, April 13, 16 baristas from around the world competed in the World Barista Championship (WBC), taking place during the Global Specialty Coffee Expo in Boston hosted by the Specialty Coffee Association. They represent the best of the best from over 60 baristas who competed in the preliminary round on Thursday and Friday, and now that number has been reduced to the final six.

Here’s a list of all the competitors we’ll see take the stage again during the final round of both the WBC and the World Brewers Cup Championship on Saturday. After this round, we’ll finally know who will take the reins as the World Barista and Brewers Cup Champions.

11:15 AM—Wojtek Bialczak, Five Elephant Coffee, Germany
12:00 PM—Michalis Dimitrakopoulos, The UnderDog, Greece
12:45 PM—Mikael Jasin, Common Grounds Coffee Roaster, Indonesia
1:30 PM—Mathieu Theis, Mame, Switzerland
2:15 PM—Jooyeon Jeon, Momos Coffee, South Korea

BREWERS CUP FINALISTS

10:05 AM—Jia Ning Du, M2M Coffee, China
10:40 AM—Daniel Hofstetter, Switzerland
11:15 AM—Chikako Nakai, UCC Holding Co., LTD, Japan
11:50 AM—Alessandro Galtieri, Aroma, Italy
12:25 PM—Hsu Shih Yuan, UCC Coffee Taiwan Co., LTD, Taiwan
1:00 PM—Patrik Rolf, April Coffee Roasters, Sweden
