See that woman on the cover smiling at you from the warm, oceanside climes of Puerto Rico? That’s none other than Rebecca Atienza, whose family business, Hacienda San Pedro, is part coffee farm, part roasting company, part retail operation. As if Rebecca weren’t busy enough working daily with her father on the farm and in the shops, Rebecca is also the co-founder of Barista & Farmer, the groundbreaking international coffee competition and event.
