The National Latte Art Champions have fun pouring for and against each other during the open practice session.
It took only an hour or two for the baristas assembled in Milan for the DC Campus event this weekend to warm up as though they were old friends. Though most had never met before this, their shared passion for coffee and craftsmanship brought them together in a spectacular way. The baristas are loving the Dalla Corte machines. They have lots of questions about them ”particularly about how to adjust for the 54 mm baskets when most are used to 58mm ”and the DC pros are on hand to help.

Victor of France and Valla of Iceland decided to combine their practice times so they each get more time. Both National Coffee In Good Spirits Champs, this allows them not only more time, but the opportunity to help each other. I call them Team Friceland.
