We are currently looking for a talented, self-motivated Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager who will take a hands-on approach to create content and develop audiences across all of our platforms. We’re not just looking for someone to post links and prepackaged content ”the right candidate will be well-versed in creating, curating and promoting super fresh and compelling content, generating web traffic, crafting stories and brand visibility. You’ll love the challenge of getting attention and generating traffic through creative content. You are comfortable taking action, making recommendations, and thinking strategically. You don’t need permission to do great things.

In order to do this well, you will have a deep passion for the Espresso Parts brand and lifestyle, i.e., specialty coffee, barista life, imbibery, and all things espresso ”and you’ll be comfortable firing off a witty Tweet as well as planning content for blog posts, ad campaigns and product descriptions. Most importantly, you will play a major role on any given campaign and will have opportunities to direct brand marketing photography, and create visual solutions for brand promotions on the site, in email, as well as some ad and print materials. You will be working with leadership on fast paced and exciting projects.

  • Creative Writing; Develop and manage ideas for original content (blog posts, ad campaigns, social media, email campaigns, etc.) Act as a brand steward to assure all writing is one voice and advances established brand narratives. A passion for storytelling.

  • Photography; Photograph a variety of products with various lighting, backgrounds, and layouts. Photograph products in various studio scenarios including lifestyle, tabletop/still-life, and flat (lay-down) product photography.

  • Marketing Manager; Develop, expand and manage our marketing campaigns and brand image working with third party vendors.

  • Social Media Manager; Run all of EP’s consumer social media channels leading to an increase in engagement, followers, and strategic message delivery

  • Digital Asset Manager; Manage an extensive library of intellectual property and digital assets, including historical archives.


Candidate is expected to have experience with specialty coffee and brand marketing. You must be able to assist in formulating marketing plans and then carry them out. You must be able to measure and document the impact of marketing, and then suggest action-steps to increase impact. Creative writing a must. Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (CC) to create and manage assets such as photos, vector illustrations, web graphics, and printed materials. DSLR familiarity, Canon EOS system preferred.  Coffee industry experience preferred. Degree in Visual Design, Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent work experience. Comfortable on Mac.
