What’s your favorite part about working in coffee?
Brewing and serving a good cuppa for the enjoyment of others, making lots of good coffee friends regionally, growing in knowledge, and trying to make a difference.
Where do you ideally see yourself in 10 years?
More roasting, and more supplying of coffee-related equipment and set-up of cafes for clients.

None crazy in particular, but its always memorable when attending events, competitions, and farm visits. Meeting new like-minded friends from all corners of the world.
What do you do when you’re not doing coffee?
Cooking and golfing.
